New Community: Completing NTP (M0) Guidelines

Overview & Disclaimer

All sales in the New Community program require a small number of administrative items to be cleared in order to achieve M0 (notice to proceed). These standard items are required on every sale. They are designed to:

  • Protect LR and Certified Installers by affirming the sale

  • Ensure all payment milestones can be completed in a timely fashion

NTP (M0) status signals that the system details have been entered, a quote has been saved and a contract has been signed.

Per our Freedom within the Framework platform policy: It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the site and installation meet all requirements detailed at help.palmetto.finance.
