GAF Energy is a subsidiary of the largest roofing company in the United States, GAF. GAF builds solar systems on new homes before home is sold to the customer. In Oct 2025, Palmetto LightReach teamed up with GAF to intake their current backlog ~4,000 (sold to PTO). These accounts will be on GAF contracts while net new sales will be on LightReach contracts.
The Customer Lease agreement is signed as part of the new home packet with homebuilder.
